# Email verification

> Confirm your email to secure your account and enable notifications.

## Why verification matters

Verifying your email secures your account and ensures you receive alerts, invoices, and important product updates.

## How it works

    Create an account or sign in with your email address.

  <Step title="Check your inbox">
    We send a verification email with a secure link. The link expires for your safety.

    <Tip>
      If you don’t see the email, check Spam or Junk, and allow `gellerwash.com`.

  <Step title="Confirm your email">
    Click the verification link to complete verification and return to the app.

    <Check>
      Your account status will show as Verified, and all email features are enabled.

## Troubleshooting
