Overview

Use the Billing & Invoice page to review your current subscription, track billing cycles, and access your Razorpay payment history and invoices.

Current subscription

The summary section shows key plan details:
  • Plan Name: Your active plan (for example, Starter)
  • Status: Trial or Active
  • Price: Amount and currency (for example, ₹999.00)
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly or yearly
  • Subscription Started: The activation date, if available
  • Trial Ends: End date of your free trial, if applicable
If your status is Trial, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and the payment succeeds.

Payment history

The table lists all payments and invoices from Razorpay.
  • Columns: Payment #, Amount, Status, Payment Method, Date
  • Sorting: Click the column headers (Payment #, Amount, Date) to sort
  • Empty state: If you have no payments yet, you will see “No payments found”

Open your payment details

Click a row to view the Razorpay receipt or invoice details in a new tab.
You can view the invoice/receipt for each payment via Razorpay.

Filter or sort your payments

Use the column headers to reorder results and quickly find a specific charge.
All invoices and receipts are generated and hosted by Razorpay. Downloads and PDF formatting are handled by Razorpay.

Common tasks

Update your payment method

Go to Manage Subscription and use the Update Payment Method link.

Open the Update Payment Method flow.

Cancel your subscription

Use the Cancel Subscription action on the Manage Subscription page.
Cancellation affects future renewals. If you need help with refunds or partial periods, contact support.

Troubleshooting

You can see your plan details and payment history without leaving the app.
